Both. Most work is one-time and project-based. If you'd like ongoing help, optional monthly support plans are available, but they're never required and there's no long-term lock-in.

Yes. I help homeowners and individuals with computers, Wi-Fi, printers, email, slow devices, and general tech questions. You can get help remotely, book an in-home Fresh Start Tune-Up for a slow computer, or have me come on-site in Kamloops and nearby areas.

There are three packages: from $299 for a simple one-page site, from $499 for a typical small-business site, and from $999 for a larger build. The final price depends on the pages and features you need, and I'll always confirm the exact price with you before any work begins.

Yes. Websites, automation, and consulting are handled remotely for clients anywhere in BC and Canada, and a lot of residential tech support can be done remotely too. On-site visits are for the Kamloops area.
